Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we issue a confirmation email. You must be at least 18 to book. Glasscombe is strictly adults-only – no children under the age of 18 are permitted on the property.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. You must pay the amount shown at checkout. We may cancel a booking if payment fails.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

Cancellations and no-shows

Our cancellation policy is shown during booking and in your confirmation email. If you cancel late or do not arrive, we may charge the cancellation or no-show amount stated at booking, but only where fair and lawful.

Changes by you

Booking changes are subject to availability and any price difference.

Changes by us

If we must cancel your booking, we will refund amounts paid for accommodation we do not provide. We are not responsible for costs outside our reasonable control.

Guest responsibilities

You must treat the property, staff, other guests and neighbours respectfully. You are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule breaches caused by you or your group.

House rules

You must follow our house rules, including rules on smoking, pets, noise, maximum occupancy, parking, safety, fires, hot tubs, and restricted areas.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.

Website use

Website content is for general information only. You must not misuse the website or copy our content without permission.

Privacy

We use personal data as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
