Pet Policy

Canine Companions

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs — up to two per cabin — in our designated pet-friendly retreats. The following ensures every guest, with or without a four-legged companion, enjoys the peace and luxury they came for.

Arrival & stays

  • A non-refundable housekeeping supplement of £35 per dog, per stay, is applied at booking. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the card on file.
  • Dogs must be declared at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets may result in the stay being terminated without refund.
  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and free from fleas and ticks prior to arrival.

Owner Responsibilities

  • Dogs must remain on a lead in all outdoor areas of the site at all times.
  • Dogs must never be left unattended in the cabin. If you are dining out or exploring without your dog, arrangements must be made for their care off-site.
  • Owners are responsible for prompt and complete clean-up of all waste across the site. Disposal bags will be made available.
  • Dogs are not permitted in other guests’ areas, communal spaces, or non-pet-friendly cabins.
  • Furniture is not for dogs. We will supply dog beds for your companion to enjoy.

Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Sustained barking — indoors or out — is not acceptable at any hour. We ask that owners take immediate steps to calm a distressed dog rather than allow the disturbance to continue.
  • Quiet hours run from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Dogs must be fully settled inside the cabin during this time.

Pet Facilities

  • A pet washing station will be available outside each pet-friendly unit.  Please make sure your dog is clean before entering the unit.
  • There is a post to tie up your pet on the deck of every pet-friendly cabin.  Please secure your dog while on the deck or in the hot tub.
